Product warranty must be activated by registering through the online warranty form and commences only on the date of installation. All warranty registration must be done within 90 days from the date of installation, if not voided.

TechnoSurface
Commercial
In commercial settings, stones that are used for flooring are warrantied for 2 years. As for counter tops, there is a 5 year warranty.

Residential
In residential settings, stones that are used for flooring are warrantied for 5 years. As for furniture tops, a 10 year warranty is provided.
In the following, DES is not responsible for claims made against and damage caused by:

(1) Visual flaws, ie apparent quality defects (surface defects or color and structural divergence). Any mechanical and aesthetic defects in the surface of the product must be clearly visible from the vertical point of view. Defect is a divergence from an acceptable specification and size apparently deviating from the long-term aesthetic appearance of the TechniStone® product.

(2) Wear and Tear Damage of Stone.

3) No abusive of usage.​
